- Shipping & Delivery
- Postage and packaging charges are calculated using Australia Post. Orders for larger items, such as dry cabinets will incur a slightly larger fee. This fee is visible when the item is added to your cart. Most orders will be sent the morning after your order is placed, however AU Photographer can not guarantee delivery times.
- Privacy & Security
- Ensuring your privacy and security is our top priority. All sensitive information is kept private. All credit card payments are handled externally through the Paypal Payment Gateway, and no credit card information is stored on any of our servers. - Returns & Replacements
- All products purchased through Australian Distributors are covered by an Australian Manufacturers Warranty. Occasionally we will stock product we have imported ourselves, labeled 'imported' in the shop. All imported Canon lenses are covered by a 1 year Canon International Warranty. We will happily replace any defective imported goods.
- Ordering & Payment
- Orders can be placed through our website, or by calling us on +61 404 756 867. No orders will be posted until full payment is received. Credit card payments are only possible through Paypal. Direct deposit is also available.
- Pricing & Promotions
- AU Photographer makes every effort to keep our prices accurate and updated. We are human however, and AU Photographer reserves the right to amend any prices at any time. AU Photographer also reserves the right to decline any purchases made where a pricing error has occurred. In this case the item(s) will be offered to the purchaser at the correct price, or a full refund issued.
- Updating Account Information
- Keeping your account information up-to-date is the customers responsibility. AU Photographer will not be help liable for any extra charges due to outdated information. AU Photographer reserves the right to recoup extra postage, handling or incidental charges caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
